This is my fool proof recipe which will ensure you have long and separated grains of the most beautiful and tasty rice. follow the instructions carefully and use the best quality Basmati rice you can afford. Accidentally vegan.

200g Basmati rice
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 medium onions
2 medium carrots
Handful of fresh coriander
