Peri Peri Seasoning

My peri peri seasoning can be used on any meat, vegetable or halloumi to give that ‘special’ flavour we all know and love. Blend 2 tsp of peri peri seasoning with 4 garlic cloves, 2 tsp sunflower oil, the zest and juice of 1 lemon and marinate with 500g of protein of your choice.
