Veg Pakoras

Aka the onion bhaji, but these are way better! … once you make the batter leave it to sit for at least 15 minutes so that the salt can do its magic and draw the liquid from the veggies. These really have to be deep fried (sorry they don’t work in an airfryer!) Accidentally vegan.
