The product must be sealed without signs of tampering. Opened or used goods will not receive a refund unless already agreed by us because of a fault at our end.
The return postage cost will be your responsibility unless in the case of a defective product. The original postage cost is also non-refundable.

The spices will last for 18months from date of purchase as long as they are stored correctly.
The best way to identify bad or old spices is by tasting them, if they are tasteless please throw away.
The idea is that you buy small quantities and then top them up with fresh refills when you need them.

Yes our asafetida does. Please note that our spices and ingredients are packed in a facility that also handles gluten and we are unable to guarantee that cross contamination did not occur at source.
