Question What is your returns policy?
AnswerHopefully something you won’t need to do, however if you do need to return an item to us, please do so within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
The product must be sealed without signs of tampering. Opened or used goods will not receive a refund unless already agreed by us because of a fault at our end.
The return postage cost will be your responsibility unless in the case of a defective product. The original postage cost is also non-refundable.

Question How long will my spices last?
Answer

The spices will last for 18months from date of purchase as long as they are stored correctly.
The best way to identify bad or old spices is by tasting them, if they are tasteless please throw away.
The idea is that you buy small quantities and then top them up with fresh refills when you need them.

Question How should I store my spices?
Answer

Spices should be stored in a cupboard or in a cool dark place.
Please don’t leave them in direct sunlight or by heat.

Question Is your packaging recyclable?
AnswerYes, all our packaging is recyclable. We urge you to buy in either the jar or tubs first and then purchase refill packs when you need more.
Question Do any products contain gluten?
Answer

Yes our asafetida does. Please note that our spices and ingredients are packed in a facility that also handles gluten and we are unable to guarantee that cross contamination did not occur at source.

Question Do any of your products contain MSG?
Answer

No. But we do sell MSG separately.
